Sloop provides an intelligent LLM (Large Language Model) routing service that optimizes API calls across multiple AI providers to deliver cost-effective and reliable AI responses. Our service acts as a middleware layer between your applications and various AI model providers.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion

4. API Usage and Limitations

Your use of our API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined in your subscription plan:

• Free tier: 10,000 tokens per month
• Rate limits apply as specified in your account dashboard
• Excessive usage may result in temporary service suspension
• We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To generate harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
• To attempt to reverse engineer or extract training data from AI models

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit to our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us certain rights:

• Right to process your requests through our routing algorithms
• Right to store minimal metadata for service optimization and billing
• We do not store or retain the content of your API requests beyond what's necessary for service delivery

8. Billing and Payment

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You will be charged based on your actual usage according to our published pricing structure:

• Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are generally not provided for unused services

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Third-party AI provider outages may affect service availability
• We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sloop, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
